An interesting project within the Baheej Portfolio is the design and construction of a retail store for JABA and OPAL Diving Club. The interior and MEP design were completed by Space Architectural Studio, while construction was handled by ARAM Est. The existing building covers an area of approximately 200 m². The scope of work includes demolition, structural repair, design, procurement, and construction, leading up to the handover.
