The full scope covers the entire facility complex, including the core Distribution building, Admin building, and Security building, along with all necessary site infrastructure, hardscape, and utilities. Technically, the project demands a specialized PEB (Pre-Engineered Building) steel structure, advanced MEP systems, and critical internal logistics features, such as a specialized Twintec floor slab built to support heavy loads, the integration of extensive racking systems, and high-volume docking systems. Crucially, this turnkey delivery includes the full construction and commissioning of segregated temperature-controlled zones, specifically chiller and freezer cold storage, ensuring the facility is fully compliant and optimized for complex, high-throughput supermarket supply chain operations upon final handover.
