A milestone project that I will never forget, this ambitious initiative aims to enhance the tourism appeal of Yanbu as a destination through the development of four distinct hospitality projects. For the first time AWN enterprises join with ASFAR (PIF) which worth Hundreds of Million. I am handling the contracts on behalf of MAB Consult in Baheej Portfolio Management (PMC). The project comprises four different components: a beach club, a lifestyle hotel, a marine conservation center, and a wellness resort, spanning approximately 120,000 m². I oversee the entire tendering process, ensuring that all aspects of contract management are properly handled. I have proactively supported the program from the feasibility study and have successfully completed the pre-contract stage for more than 35 scopes and appointment of 40+ contractors in the portfolio for various scopes such as  feasibility studies, traffic impact studies, soil investigations, branding, marketing, hospitality advisory, marine feasibility, various operators, consultants, hoarding and fencing, PR consultancy, digital twin technology, cost assessment, concept design, environmental studies, geotechnical studies, timelapse, engineering design, marketing films, exhibitions, and enabling works and Main Contractor for all 4 projects individually.
