Putting It All Together – Mini End‑to‑End Example
Scenario: Mid‑project, the client asks to add a rooftop restaurant.
Integration – Log CR, perform impact analysis, convene CCB.
Scope – Update scope statement & WBS (new “Rooftop Restaurant” package).
Schedule – Add tasks, recalc critical path, maybe crash steel work.
Cost – Revise cost baseline; update EAC via bottom‑up estimate.
Quality – Define new quality metrics (kitchen ventilation, acoustic levels).
Resources – Acquire specialist kitchen consultant.
Communications – Inform stakeholders; amend dashboard.
Risk – Add risk “late kitchen equipment delivery”; plan mitigation.
Procurement – Issue new RFP for kitchen fit‑out; evaluate bidders.
Stakeholder – Engage chef‑operator early to capture requirements.
If the CCB rejects the change, none of the baselines move and the restaurant waits for a future phase. That sequence embodies every Process‑domain task.
